Research

In addition to her work as a therapist, Tasha is a scientist interested in how we work and how we can better our lives. Her research investigates topics related to mental health, couple relationships/marriage, couples counseling, the benefits of mindfulness, and stress physiology. She is also a reviewer for the Journal of Family Psychology and Family Relations.
