Hi, I’m Vally, and I’m here to walk alongside you through life’s challenges. My sessions are offered at half the regular fee, and in some cases I can adjust costs even further through a sliding scale for clients with financial need. My goal is to make therapy as accessible as possible so that cost is never a barrier to getting support.
If you’ve landed here, chances are you’re carrying something heavy. Maybe it is the pain of repeated arguments in your relationship, the exhaustion of anxiety that will not let you rest, or the ache of feeling disconnected from yourself or your loved ones. You do not have to carry it alone. Therapy can be the place where you finally exhale, feel seen, and begin building the change you have been hoping for.
My Approach to Therapy
As a Marriage and Family Therapist Graduate Student Intern, I provide therapy under the supervision of Dr. Tasha Seiter, MS, PhD, LMFT. This means you receive compassionate care supported by ongoing clinical guidance. My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. Clients often share that they feel comfortable opening up quickly, even about things they have struggled to say elsewhere.
I use evidence-based practices, in which I have extensive advanced training, while tailoring every session to your unique story and goals. Whether we are working on repairing a relationship, managing stress, or navigating a life transition, my role is to help you untangle the patterns that keep you stuck and support you in creating new ways forward.
Who I Work With
- Couples who want to rebuild trust, improve communication, or reconnect after feeling distant
- Individuals facing anxiety, depression, or self-doubt who long for peace and confidence
- Families seeking more harmony and stronger bonds in the midst of life’s demands
- Children facing behavioral problems, and their families
- Veterans seeking a supportive environment with someone who has served in the military
I especially enjoy helping clients uncover strengths they may not recognize in themselves. Even in your hardest moments, you carry resilience and resourcefulness that we can build on together.
What You Can Expect
In our sessions, you will find a safe space where your voice matters. Together, we will:
- Clarify what is most important to you
- Explore patterns that may no longer serve you
- Practice tools and strategies you can use in daily life
- Celebrate progress, even the small wins, as you move toward lasting change
- I provide faith-affirming services for Christian couples and individuals experiencing turmoil, however, I value and respect all religions and faiths, and will only bring faith into the session if requested by you
Therapy with me is not just about solving problems. It is about helping you feel more grounded, connected, and hopeful so you can live and love more fully.
I know reaching out can feel daunting. It takes courage to say, “I don’t want to do this on my own anymore.” That step is the beginning of something new. My commitment is to meet you with empathy, respect, and belief in your capacity to heal.
If you are ready to start this journey, I would be honored to support you.
